If your child has a nasal discharge that looks like bloody pus and that smells REALLY bad, suspect that he or she has stuffed something up the nose. The sewage-like smell is a dead giveaway - your doctor will need to look up there and extract it, be it paper, bean, foam, bead or whatever.
